Cancellation and Refund Policy

To cancel your registration, please send an e-mail to Rowen de Vries, rowen.devries@kathleenkilgourcentre.co.nz. A full refund will be given for cancellations received four weeks prior to the meeting. A 50% refund will be given for cancellations received two weeks prior to the meeting. Regrettably, for cancellations received less than two weeks prior to the event, with no possible substitute attendee, no refund can be made.

Privacy release statement: To increase networking opportunities and share information after the conference, photographs and lists of registrants may be shared.
