Registrations have closed for the NZPEM 2026 registrar workshop. For issues with the registration, please e-mail afrankland@adhb.govt.nz
The final timetable for the workshop is now available below with confirmed speakers for the Monday presentations.
First day – Sunday 22 March
Please arrive between 8:30 – 9am and meet at the entrance of the Regional Cancer and Blood Centre (Auckland City Hospital, Building 08, Level 5) (see Red box on map below). The doors are locked on the weekends, but please wait by the door so that we can come and let you in. If you get stuck/lost on site/arriving late etc, please call 021 195 6747. Note that this phone number is valid on Sunday only.
After lunch, we will take transport up to Auckland Radiation Oncology (ARO) (98 Mountain Road, Epsom) to do the last of the practical demonstrations. Note that attendees will need to make their own way back to their accommodation afterwards.
Second day – Monday 23 March
Please arrive at the Clinical Education Centre (CEC) (Auckland City Hospital, Building 32, Level 5) between 8:30 – 9am (see Yellow box on map below). The easiest way to get here is to use the entrance at the Drop-Off zone/Taxi stand outside Building 32. Take the escalator up, turn left and walk past the Blue elevators and the water bottle fill station. The CEC is on the left hand side through the glass doors. If you find yourself walking over a bridge, you’ve gone too far.
After the workshop on Monday, those who are attending the NZPEM conference powhiri will be taken to the arranged transport at 3pm. This ceremony will be held at Whatua Kaimarie Marae (11 Sutherland Road, Point Chevalier, Auckland) from 3:30pm. Transport back to Auckland Hospital will be provided, however you are welcome to make your own way back to your accommodation.
