About NZPEM

New Zealand Physics and Engineering in Medicine – NZPEM – is the annual meeting of the New Zealand Branch of the Australasian College of Physical Scientists & Engineers in Medicine.

The aim of the conference is to provide a platform for NZ based medical physicists and engineers to present their work to their peers, keep up-to-date with research and clinical initiatives happening around the country, and to provide networking opportunities within the profession in NZ.  The interests of radiation oncology medical physics, diagnostic imaging physicists, nuclear medicine physicists and bioengineers should be considered when determining programme content and keynote speakers, especially those areas that have the most active membership bases (radiation oncology and diagnostic imaging).
