22-23 March – TEAP workshop on Surface Guided Radiation Therapy and motion management: Yellow pin (Auckland City Hospital) and Blue pin (ARO)
23 March – Pōwhiri at Whatua Kaimarie Marae (including hāngī): Green pin
24-25 March – Conference venue – Clinical Education Centre, Auckland City Hospital: Yellow pin
24 March – Social evening – VYC (Private Function Venue Viaduct Harbour Auckland | VYC) in the Viaduct Marina: Purple pin
Location: The conference is being held in the Clinical Education Centre (CEC) at Te Papakāinga Atawhai o Tāmaki (Auckland City Hospital). Come in though the main entrance off Park road. Enter into building 32 through the doors on the left (Marked “C” on the map below). Go up the escalator, and turn left. The Clinical Education Centre (CEC) is along the corridor on your left.
Programme
March 22nd – Workshop practical sessions begin at 8:30 am
March 23rd – Workshop sessions end at 3:00 pm. Pōwhiri from 3:30-7:30 pm
March 24th – Conference opens at 9 am, registration at 8:30 am
March 24th – Social evening doors open at 6 pm
March 25th – Conference finishes at 4 pm
Presentations
Each presenter is allocated a 15 minute time slot for their presentation. Each talk should be limited to 10-12 minutes, which allows 3-5 minutes for questions to be addressed.
